Tundey Studio

We developed a comprehensive client management and production tracking ecosystem for Tundey Studio to eliminate the lack of transparency often found in the creative industry. By engineering a custom backend using Python and Django, I moved away from fragmented communication and replaced it with a centralized "Production State Machine" that maps every booking to a live, 11-stage tracking portal. This system utilizes a high-integrity OneToOne database architecture to ensure that every client has a unique, real-time dashboard reflecting their project's exact status.

The platform automates the entire financial and delivery lifecycle, from calculating 80% deposits with decimal precision to generating watermarked PDF invoices via the FPDF library. To bridge the gap between technical status and client awareness, I integrated the Twilio WhatsApp API, allowing the system to push automated milestone notifications directly to Nigerian mobile numbers. The final product is a mobile-first, high-end web interface that secures asset delivery links and provides a "Pizza Tracker" experience for professional photography, ensuring that the journey from the first click to the final photo is seamless, automated, and entirely transparent.
